About the Author
Richard Wolfson has been professor of physics at Middlebury College for more than twenty-five years. In addition to his textbooks, Essential University Physics, Physics for Scientists and Engineers, and Energy, Environment, and Climate, he has written two science books for general audiences: Nuclear Choices: A Citizen’s Guide to Nuclear Technology and Simply Einstein: Relativity Demystified. good book

I am an international student in CU boulder. This book is very helpful for my physics study. Maybe the Physics for the engineers and scientists would be better, but this essential university physics is easy to read and not too heavy for take. I can put it in my bag and go to library or anywhere. The sentences and pictures are clear and the words are not difficult ( English is my second language ). It worth to buy.
